Simple Strawberry Classic Victoria Sponge Cake



This pretty cake was simple to make for a newbie in baking like me.

Found a Youtube video and it is quite bullet proof) 🙂

The whole thing took me about 30 minutes to prep (because I’m a slowpoke).

I recommend using fresh, big and juicy strawberries for this recipe and thick whipping cream *yums!*

My mother-in-law likes it and said it tasted good 🙂
